Bought our Jetta GLI in 2013. Love the car. Max Smith was our salesman then. His care for us did not end with the purchase, he was there for us when we had questions even after. Yesterday, bought a 2017 Touareg. Again Max Smith assisted us through the whole process. Max's customer service is unparralled. We sincerely appreciate that.

We bought a used 2012 Routan here a few years back. When we bought it, we were told that we'd be given free oil changes for the life of the vehicle. We live out of state, and so whenever we were back in San Diego, we would take advantage of that offer. We had our van's oil changed there a few times. Until today. My wife took the van in and was told that they don't have any record of that promotion and that the times we've done it before must have been an accident.
