Friendly and efficient. We took our VW Jetta to replace the O2 sensor. They were able to get the part needed immediately and it was no hassle as far as getting it in their location and getting the car fixed right away. The best part is that it was done right the first time unlike our other experience with other dealers. I'll definitely be a repeat customer especially when I am ready to upgrade my Jetta for a newer one.

Southbay Volkswagen and all their staff that answers sales and service calls are absolute trash . With an urgent matter and police reports I have stillYet to be able to reach the service department whom has my vehicle as of right now and since Friday morning (9/16) . Wow the Finance team at this location is very very unprofessional. ******, and **** the manager, just wow. There are no words for how passive aggressive ****** was towards me. Basically handed me an application and wouldn't tell me what to fill out and walks away. Horrible customer service in the service department, imposible to talk to a supervisor regarding their employees and their improper training towards products, snd services. Sad the customer is the one who ends up paying for their mistakes and should simply “understand its confusing” for the receptionist.

Never this place again, first I had to go back and sign some papers that they forgot to give me to sign. When I went and ask about the guy who told me he was gonna be there he wasn’t there, and he didn’t even apologize Heimy or whatever his name was.
