I love Sonic. But I also love their app. Which for some reason, the Grenada Sonic never has theirs up and working. This is the second straight week that it hasn’t been working. Their are special deals on the app that the store doesn’t offer. And when mentioned to the person on the intercom, they don’t offer to give you the discount. Either get the app working or offer the same discounts please.

Manager came out to notify. Us. He has no employees. Hmmm. The three people inside don’t. Work for. You? are you being. Robbed. An for the record. A good. Manager can run the show by him or herself. Get a new one.
Horrible service! We waited over 30 minutes for two drinks when there were only a handful of other cars there. The car hop didn’t apologize for our insane wait either. Keep driving - plenty of other places in BN with way better customer service.
Everything tastes burnt. Poor presentation. Terrible service. Carhops blamed customers for getting orders wrong. All 5 of the orders were wrong because they weren't properly trained. My order is wrong everytime I go here. Clyde TX location is terrible.

I came to this Sonic a couple months ago and had to wait over 45 minutes for my order. I was told they were short staffed that day, so I tried to be understanding and just waited. I visited again to and AGAIN waited over 45 minutes for my food. Today’s excuse was there was a special and they couldn’t keep up with orders. I was parked and could see there were only a handful of cars in the lot, so that excuse was false!! Oh and the staff does not care that you have been waiting either. I’m so done with this place!!!!
