Absolutely horrible service. Ordered a breakfast sandwich and a drink and been waiting over 15 minutes. For my food. Barely anyone in the stalls. Trying to get a. Refund but nobody will answer the screen. I wouldn’t come here. Update:: I finally got my food. It’s cold. The drink is flat. Can’t get a refund. Don’t come here
Terrible food quality, consistantly
Horrible customer service skills. Always getting the order wrong, and they get mad with you when you have to correct THEIR mistakes. Even when you call to complain, ask for a manger to call you back, they won’t call you back. They can care less what type of employees they have and what type of service they are providing. This Sonic is FREQUENTLY short staffed!! Either you go and wait to even get your order taken or the lady tells you flat out she is going to be a while because of some excuse or another. I like to support Sachse business but i have had the worst service here and i will be going somewhere else.

we walked up to the patio and were already ready to order. pushed the button and then waited for at least 10 minutes and no one ever answered. we decided to try going through the drive through, which we thought was the priority and the reason we weren't being helped. sat there at the speaker for about 5 minutes to no answer, yet again. we decided to leave and go down the road for shakes. when we left, the red light was still blinking...legend has it, you can still make out the blinks in the dark of night... terrible service
