I don't know what happened. When I moved here January 2018, this was the best Sonic in town. Now it's just trash. The staff is rude, they cam never hear you. They take forever to answer the red button even during a slow time. They cut you off mid-order. Service is slow. Food orders get messed up. I don't know if they're under new management or what, but they are terrible now.
Worse sonic ever. I ordered a plain grilled chicken sandwich and honey mustard. They didn’t bring the honey mustard so when I asked the car hop she didn’t come back. I waited 20 minutes for honey mustard and then when I gave up and decided to just eat. The sandwich wasn’t even PLAIN. It had everything on it. I won’t be back. Terrible customer service and they don’t listen.

not good. the quality suffers greatly from the rush in time to slap the food together. they did not even know how to make their own cream slush and the buns on my burger were literally ice cold. terrible food and less than half mixed ice creams.
What in the fifth grade is going on with this crew at this particular Sonic? 5th graders act better. There was one male at the side drive through door laughing loud and socializing with his co-workers. Then the girl at the drive through was to busy rushing orders that my order was completely wrong.
