Drove into a stall and pressed the red button and it was flashing. Waited 20 minutes and nobody even came on the intercom to say anything. I caught an employee that was walking around and asked if I could please get my drink order in. She then told me that I didn’t press the button correctly (you’re suppose to press and hold it for 2-5 seconds). By this time I had to press the button twice because it timed out. After paying $8+ for my bacon cheeseburger, I was beyond disappointed to be served this. The small onion ring on my burger was a joke. And our fries were terrible. Even thought the drivethru was very busy, our fries tasted old like they had been sitting for awhile.
We moved to Harrisonville in January and have been to Sonic at least 8 times and EVERY TIME something is wrong. Tonight we ordered chili coney, which was terrible. The bun was only half there, and the rest of it was soggy! I ordered a strawberry lemonade and strawberries must be bad cause after a drink or two it leaves a nasty film in your mouth! We won't order here again!

Bad service waited over 10 minutes for my drink never got it tried pushing the button again for service they would not respond tried calling them on my phone they would not answer
wait time is terrible. love the shakes, but just way to slow. 30 minutes to get thru drive-thru
RecommendedThe staff was amazing, being short staffed and complaining impatient customers, they were still kind and polite and worked hard to take care of everyone!!! Awesome people!!
rude, inconsiderate employee. even though I used to frequent at least 2-3 times weekly due to the rude employee I will not frequent this sonic again since I can not guarantee I would not have said employee bring me my order. management needs to get rid of the rude hateful employee. All it takes is one rude person to cause a loyal patron to stop coming.
