I went to the sonic on Suburban Ave with some coworkers. There is so much wrong with that place. 1st I was there with 3 people and they only took my order while NOT taking the other 2 people’s order. I told them Twice there were 2 more orders but fell on deaf year. Food made me sick after I ate. That place has always been bad but they sank to an even worse level. Please close that store.
Horrible service! One time no tea. One time can’t open the door for customers. Another time the radio was so loud you couldn’t hear yourself think. Sit outside today for them to tell us we have to order thru drive thru. What’s the point of being open?! You never have anything and the service sucks.

Went to Sonic to get the new Summertime Chicken BLT after seeing the advertisement on TV. When I got home and opened the package, I was extremely disappointed by what I saw. There was absolutely no chicken on the sandwich. How the hell do you forget one of the main components of your highly advertised sandwich? Safe to say I won’t be returning for a long time.
After waiting for a half hour for my food, it was cold. Good thing I was like number 3 waiting for food. I hate to think how long I would have had to wait when they got busy as we left. Very disappointing, was never like that before.

They have the worst service of any restaurant in town. We set in the dining room for over 10 minutes and never even had our order taken. When we were leaving they offered to take our order but someone yelled out from the back that there is a long wait for ice cream. Very unprofessional. They need a decent manager that can get the kids acting more professional.
