Not sure why EVERY TIME that I ask for light ice in my pop, it is never light ice. It's typically about a 1/3 of a cup after finishing my drink, which means you guys are probably filling it half full after settling and melting. If your larges weren't 99 cents, I'd probably be more irritated, but when I was paying $2 and change before for 12-16 ounces, completely ridiculous.

cake batter shakes had NO flavor. they made the food OPPOSITE of what was ordered. Dont waste your time or money. Drive to eastman or cordele. 19 bucks for... not even close to what we asked for. I don't know if its poor management or poor training but yall need to do better. I'd rather go to McDonalds and that's sad.
we went for 1/2 price shakes tonight. they got 3 out of 4 wrong.. we ordered sm strawberry, sm strawberry banana, med strawberry banana and a med oreo yellow cake batter. we got 3 sm strawberry banana and one regular oreo. they fixed the one sm strawberry banana that was supposed to be a med. thye didnt even offer to fix the sm strawberry banana that was supposed to be just strawberry. and they didn'teven bother telling us that they no longer have the oreo yellow cake batter. i guess they just thought we wouldnt notice. . an... read more
Order a Sonic blast with strawberry, banana and pecans. No pecans and 1 piece of banana about 1 1/2 inch long that was spoiled. Too many past issues, this was the final bad visit. Will not visit this establishment anymore.
Drove into a stall and pressed the red button and it was flashing. Waited 20 minutes and nobody even came on the intercom to say anything. I caught an employee that was walking around and asked if I could please get my drink order in. She then told me that I didn’t press the button correctly (you’re suppose to press and hold it for 2-5 seconds). By this time I had to press the button twice because it timed out.
