Pulled into a stall to order and after waiting 10-15 minutes and hitting the button twice I went to the door, gave someone my order and went back to my car. 5 minutes later she comes back asking what my order was again. another 10-12 minutes later I finally get my food. I leave and go to eat a tater tot only to find the WHOLE order of them are burnt and disgusting, and they forgot my onions on my hot dog. I also didn’t get the receipt to do my survey
went to SONIC tonight and all of our food went into the trash! HORRIBLE!!!!!
The shakes are incredible and very low prices, especially after 8. I'm obsessed with the cake batter shake Today I ordered one and the employee(Haley) made a whipped cream smiley face on top. Little things like that make any experience even better:)
I love the onion rings and the new cake batter milk shakes! PLEASE keep those shakes on your menu!!!!!!!!!!

Came to sonic tonight waited at least 5 minutes after it already said on screen they were on their way just to be told the slush machine doesn’t work. Then they traded to slushes with candy and fruit I ordered for a ocean water and didn’t offer to credit the difference of my money. Very much not happy tonight
this place is a hit or miss. I ordered a sonic blast and when it was handed to me I could tell it was a little on the light side, I kind of squeezed the bottom and could feel it was hallow...stuck a spoon in and I was right the cup was about half full of air..I took it right back they gave me a new one at shake consistency. if I wanted a shake I would have asked for one.
