Poor management! The manager is lazy, the worker Xavier doesn’t know what he’s doing and has a nasty attitude, and the food isn’t that great! I don’t like the Normal store!!!

BEST CLASSIC MILKSHAKES AROUND
This is a bug I found in my ice from a drink I recurved this morning!! Nasty. The employee that brought it to me, her smoke smell was so strong it almost made me gag.
My order was completely wrong even though she repeated what I asked for. Also, no receipt was given to even say anything.

the absolute worst service,!!! order was completely wrong! called to complain to manager RENO who who has a horrible attitude! I said my order three times to two different people and it was still wrong! after calling back and asking RENO if he could do something for us, after his wanting to argue with me FINALLY agreed to replace meal. I come back for the replacement. they forgot we were outside waiting and THAT ORDER WAS WRONG!!!! WE WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THIS RESTAURANT.
