Drove to this sonic because of that stupid commercial about the Oreo cone and I really wanted one after seeing the commercial 100 times. I guess Sonic is the new McDonald’s. I ask the girl at the drive thru if they have the Oreo cone and she replies with “yes” and then 5 seconds later before I even got a chance to place my order she replies with “ I was just told our ice cream machine is broke”.... OMG!!!!! Seriously!!!! Get it together!!! But on the bright side Dairy Queen’s strawberry dipped blizzard is amazing.!!!!!
they used to have such great service! now it's like they hire anyone. the last 3 times I've gone they just take whatever change is leftover and walk away. I normally have their tip in my hand ready, but if they'd rather steal change for their tip...Okay. the nightime manager is super rude and not very helpful. the wait time takes a long time to. I don't understand how a car pulls up after me, orders more and gets theirs first.

went to lunch at sonic today with a few co workers and all three of us got extremely sick. when we contacted the manager to advise her of this she was rude and didn't want to do anything. don't go to this one. take the time to drive to the one at the Town center.
my husband has an allergy and due to this allergy I ordered his chicken wrap with no ranch. we got home and guess what was on the chicken wrap.......RANCH!!!! And when I called the manager she was so rude and unprofessional never mind she sounded like a ignorant teenager. I was told i could come back another day. To get it corrected. That doesnt help my husband eat tonight!!! Thank goodness he looked at it before he bit into. After voicing my frustration she said I wasnt getting anything now and hung up.
