Got a Oreo cheesecake shake and it was just a vanilla shake with Oreo powder on top ...no cheesecake and every time I come I ask for a lot of ketchup for the 4 people eating and they bring 2 packets......why you gotta be stingy with ketchup

People are so rude. Was told they are closed at 9pm when clearly the Facebook page and website says 10pm. When I mentioned that I thought they didn’t close until 10pm I got a blunt rude comment of “no we close” If the hours changed, then please update on everything. Also I’m pretty sure they had just taken someone else’s order before I pulled up. But they were closed?

RecommendedI normally love this Sonic location. The other day I got a loaded chili bowl and it was amazing. Today I got 2 and they're not the same chili at all, darker and not tasty. Kinda bummed. Not sure if the chili is left over from yesterday or not but not even close to the one I recieved a few days ago. Other than that I have always gotten decent food and service here.
While ordering I couldn't hear the girl over two employees cursing and yelling so loud using the F Word. I told them to shut up and they continued to curse and yell. I'm done with your locations in Jonesboro and Ruston. They're absolutely horrible service. I complain and nothing happens!!!! I'm so sick of getting treated poorly. IM DONE!!!
worst Sonic EVER!! Horrible customer service...Horrible food...Every time I go there is always an issue....This place needs to be shut down by the health department...
The two sonic blasts I ordered tonight were practically liquid. Also this location has gotten a few of my orders wrong in the past. Never had these problems at the dairy queen.
