Huge waste of time. Very unorganized. The place was a mess.
RecommendedExcellent service! My dog had never been to a groomer in his 13 years! They were so good to him. He has a triple coat and his hair is now so soft and fully shed out! I highly recommend Charlie’s Place! The cute photo shoot afterwards is the best present they could’ve given us!!!!!

Gracie got groomed yesterday by Jennifer for the first time and I would highly recommend her!! Gracie usually has separation anxiety and doesn’t like to be away from me but she took immediately to Jennifer and barely noticed I was leaving lol Jennifer did an excellent job with Gracie’s groom. She looks amazing!! Plus she took this totally adorable picture of her afterwards 😊💗
Very unorganized and unprofessional. You can tell them something 10 times and they forget. The guys there are more interested in flirting with girls then getting the job done. The owner is clueless and can't remember anything. They couldn't even find my dog. They told me to write down what the dog looks like when I came to pick it up.
This place is awesome. Brought my foster dog here to get a Christmas spruce up and they were great. So kind a gentle with him especially since we don’t know if he’s ever had a bath before. Great place. I will be back with my other 2 boxers.
Great place for pet grooming. The staff are always warm and welcoming. Their services are always quality work and they take extra notes to make sure they can meet your requests... I highly recommend this place!
Our pup had his first trip to Charlie’s and I can say we have found our new groomer. He was pampered and treated like one of their fur babies. They really love every animal that comes through the door and you can tell. Thank you for loving my pup and giving him the best service possible!
