I would give them 6 stars if I could. I didn’t know that my dog’s fur needed to be pulled out a certain way (he’s a mutt and has weird fur) and Petsmart either didn’t know or didn’t tell me and just shaved him. Charlie’s fixed the damage and did an amazing job educating me about his fur type. Everyone is very friendly and they do an amazing job. I highly recommend them!
My Golden always leaves Charlie's smelling and looking so good! She's a rescue, so she's usually fearful around men, but not at Charlie's! They're better-priced than the chain groomers in town, and it's just a better, less stressful experience for my dog.
I absolutely love this place. I have a cat who they have groomed for years. You can really tell they care. Everytime I come in, the employees are loving on the pets. My cat always comes home smelling amazing. This is the place to go for cat grooming!
Today was my first groom experience for my goldendoodle, Mortimer and he was calm and happy when I picked him up and his trim makes him look great.

This was our first appt. Lilly, my golden doodle looked beautiful! They honored all of my requests and for the very first time she had NO razor burn. VERY VERY happy. We drove over an hour to get there and will be glad to do it again in the future.

Our 4yr old pup Samson got his first grooming ever and they were absolutely amazing with him!! The attention to detail on his paws was awesome! They did an outstanding job! Will definitely continue going their for our boys grooming needs! �����

Summer was nervous on arrival but quickly became comfortable. She has stopped scratching now that her undercoat has been thinned, looks beautiful with her “show” trim, smells great, and is happy. She was in no hurry to leave! She likes being pampered at your Spa. We will be back. Thank you!
