Wonderful local family owned business. They worked very hard to make my rescue pup comfortable. He came to us after having 6 homes and treated badly, so he had lots of anxiety and lashed out by nipping. When they found out our dog, Sammy, was killed, they gave my husband photos they had taken of him when he was there being groomed and even had one put in a frame with a poem about crossing the rainbow bridge. RecommendedTook out Goldendoodle here after having trouble finding a groomer she was comfortable with. Jennifer was AMAZING. Her full service was worth every penny.
Great place Friendly and competitive pricing
Rocky visited Charlie’s for the first time today and I would just like to say we both loved it! The workers are very nice and helpful. They also care for each and every pet as if they are their own. Rocky enjoyed his time visiting and will definitely be coming back. I can’t thank the Charlie’s Place team enough for being so loving toward my little man and making him look picture perfect!
This was our first visit to Charlie’s Place. They were very welcoming & friendly to both Murphy & me. When I first got there, I was trying to explain how I wanted Murphy groomed. The groomer was VERY knowledgeable & seemed to know exactly what I wanted. When Murphy was finished, they called, I went to pick him up...really not knowing what to expect. WOW...he looked wonderful! I normally don't do reviews but this place is great! My girl hasn't been to the groomer before so I don't know who was more nervous.. her or this dog momma! She had so much fun and was in such a playful mood when I arrived to get her! I'm so glad I found this place to take care of my fur baby!! Also, the photo shoot at the end was such a cute bonus to our first grooming experience!
Excellent job taking care and grooming our cat. He has never been to a groomer and they were wonderful. Great job.
