The first time I went there they charged me $40 more then quoted on the phone. Saying my one dog has poodle hair—he barely has a curl. They charge me $88 a dog - one 45lbs and one 65 lbs. 2nd time going no problem. I didn’t want to go somewhere else with having to prove vaccs and all that for three dogs and get it switched over. Well then this past time - 2 weeks ago... I bring my two big dogs in. It’s covid 19 time- they don’t tell you on the phone but they lock the door in Valpo location. RecommendedOur dog Finn is a rescue and very shy around dogs and people. Today he had his first visit at Smoochie Pooch and all I can say is THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart ❤️ for making him so comfortable in being there !!!! Elaina did a outstanding job on him and he came home tail wagging ❤️ This was exactly what I was hoping for. The place is emasculate and the girls are wonderful. They have our business and thank you fir your TLC with our Finn .

Better customer service! I think it's the owner BRETT~wOw RUDE! READ THE FINE PRINT~they'll charge a FULL GROOM IF you run into a situation or emergency & you absolutely can't get your pups in! The cancellation FEE is ridiculous, I've never heard of that, he wouldn't even reschedule us, he said I'd be charged! I wanted to reschedule. I own a business, we don't treat our customers that way!😡

Good evening. Brett is not the owner he is only a manager of the company. It has been the policy of Smoochie Pooch since the company was founded in 2009. Our groomers are paid by the dog not by the hour. Today you called at closing time to cancel your 3 dogs for 1 groomer tomorrow. Now this groomer will not get to work or be paid. We have been taking our cat & dogs here for a couple years now and we love it! The staff are so friendly and customer oriented! Our cat and dogs ALWAYS come out fantastic and looking great! Highly recommend them!!!
