Always have been good with out boxer and golden retriever.
I cannot drive at the moment and Kimberly came in the mobile grooming van to my home and my puppy Boost loved her! She is so friendly! Would recommend this to anyone who wants easy and convenient grooming in their driveway! Super quick and efficient! ☺️

The whole experience. I have 3 Himalayans and Kimberlee took care of all 3. Uncle Fuzzbutt, and his nephews Bentley and Beau. The price is right. The cut is super. You can't beat them coming to the house. And Kimberlee must have made them feel at home. After their cuts, they were calm. Just like nothing had happened.
I’ve been here a few times. First two were great. The third my dog came back soaking wet and hid crying and shaking in a corner for hours after. Tried one last time today. Made my appointment yesterday and was told tomorrow(today) was available. I got my dogs up there to be rudely told by the girl at the desk with all the attitude that I made the appointment for tomorrow(Thursday) I said no I hadn’t. I was told tomorrow last night. I Just read a horrible response to one of your customers. I won’t be spending my money with a company that treats their customers with such rudeness-
The customer service is beyond terrible -- rude, condescending and acting put out to talk to a customer. Do they give a great dog cut? Sure. Is it worth being talked down to? Absolutely not. I wouldn't treat my dog the way they treated us today when taking my sister's dogs there.
