Took my miniature poodle for her first real grooming experience. Jennifer and the very lovely lady at the front desk were so sweet about making her comfortable. They were also attentive to the exact cut I was looking for. They spent a few minutes getting Snow comfortable with them. Absolutely love this place! Best service, they even called later in the day to check up on how they did.

My little chloe was so pretty , they even striped her ,she is westie and I dont think she had ever been striped before . she wasn't even stressed out . Love this place.
Max had his first groom here today and he looks great! Groomer listened to what I wanted and executed it perfectly. He seems to have had a happy experience there! We will be going back. Thank you!

Way over priced!! Petsmart is much less expensive. Not to mention the person who answers the phone is horribly rude and will not let you talk to explain what you want done to your pet.

I don’t normally post reviews but...We LOVE Charlie’s! It took us a while to find a groomer that did what we asked and cared for Auggie the way we do! I went out of the country for 10 days and was not able to brush Auggie regularly. Due to this he obtained many mattes. Charlie’s groomers were so patient and tended to the mattes with such care. We definitely recommend them, especially to doodle owners. We are so grateful to have found them, they are definitely a gem in Gainesville!
