RecommendedToday was my first mobile visit for my dog Rudy . Hes 14 has had 2 knee reconstructions and needs patience and TLC . Amanda was amazing, she was so good with him . I don’t think I’ll be taking my dog back after my latest experience. I went to pick up my dog when they said he was done. I was told by the girl in front, Bree, that my groomer was tied up and would be up shortly. I waited for awhile and finally asked if I could pay while I waited. She said she didn’t know the prices so I had to wait. After our last three experiences with this company (in store and mobile grooming) we will NEVER use them again. Back in the winter, my dog had his grooming appointment which normally takes no more than 2 hours. 5 hours passed and we hadn’t heard anything as to if his appointment was done or if they were having any issues. RecommendedThe best! The workers are always so kind and do such a great job with my 86 pound scaredy-pup. I also love the pictures they do with each visit. I've taken Geralt there for the last four years and wouldn't go anywhere else! Highly recommend ❤

RecommendedI was lucky enough to get an appointment with Kim at the last minute. she does an amazing job. My dog can be shy with strangers and she walked right up to Kim and wagged her tail. I love that the grooming is done in my driveway so if there ever was a problem, I am right here. highly recommend!
We had appointment for today at 11 with our 17 year old dog. My husband took her and he has been having trouble with his memory. We have lived in Valparaiso for 36 years and he has always taken Phoebe there. He got lost for 3 hours. When he finally showed up he told the girl I believe I have Alzheimer’s and her responce was basically too bad, so sad, you owe us $39. Good afternoon. Your husband called numerous times this morning and our team kept giving him directions and trying to help him find his way. After an hour of not showing up your card was charged as a no-show. He did eventually show but at that point we can’t take the dog. We do have a lot of compassion for what we do and we did try our very best with the 5 calls to help him find his way. We did everything in our power to aid him in getting to us. There have been changes with this company over the last year and the service is definitely not what it used to be. Kim Wilson is an incredible groomer and it was a huge loss to this company. Things have gone way downhill since she left! The last time I had my dog “groomed“ he came back looking exactly like he went in. I don’t think the woman who was working on him had any idea what she was doing. She claimed that she was no longer able to Give him his typical summer haircut which is very short. I don't usually do reviews but this is about my family dog. I called and made an appointment expressing how badly my chow mix had to be groomed/shaved. They said it would have to wait 6 weeks out. I offered $200 for the $85 service and they said they couldn't (which I understood why for that part but thought maybe it would get someone to work an hour later one day) I live in philly.
