My dog’s pick up time was pushed back three times changing the finished time by over three hours. Mind you, I wasn’t a walk in, I had an appointment and therefore an end time. They had grossly overbooked that time slot and when I finally told them I had to pick him up they said he’ll be ready in 15 minutes. When I arrived he had only been washed. That’s it, not anal glands, no ear hair removal, nothing! Would not recommend.
I have a 100lb mastiff who’s not the best boy when it comes time to get groomed, Charlie’s always exceeds my expectations and I always feel safe with Moose being there for a couple of hours. PLUS you get a cute picture of your pup after! We love Charlie‘s!!! ❤️
I cannot say enough good things about Charlie’s place. Once I finish a review for them and post it, I remember something else that I should have mentioned! Every time that I take Amber to Charlie’s I am alway greeted and welcomed both myself and our dog Amber.All the pets that I see there always, always are a happy bunch! They always do a fantastic job and I have never had a complaint about the completed task. Go to Charlie’s place and I guarantee you will be pleased
