Absolute horrible customer service. Was very defensive and rude right from the beginning. Very unwilling to work with, accommodate, or even care to discuss concerns politely. Unbelievable. I will never give this company another dime. I have and will continue to spread the word. It is unfortunate for the groomers that whoever answers the phone, doesn’t care how the customer is treated because ultimately it’s the groomers who suffer.

Good afternoon. Unfortunately you called 20 mins into your arrival window cancelling your mobile appt because you had someone waiting at your home for you. We pulled the call recording from September 14th when you booked the appt and it clearly stated an arrival time of 12-2pm. Our groomer would hit that arrival window. In 11 years of operating the mobile we have alway had arrival windows. RecommendedI absolutely love Charlie’s! I have 2 Golden doodles and have them groomed every 2 weeks (no mat problems here, lol). We (Lily and Luxe) absolutely love our groomer Marissa. We have been customers for over four years but lately they do not return phone call for appointments...several times. Last time we had our girls there the job was very shabby, not the usual nice job. Lots of scrapes and uneven cuts. Get the feeling we are not client they want despite large tips each time. Will look to mobile options now 😔

My last experience with Smoochie Pooch has left me looking somewhere else. They have changed there policy (which is fine) but they are not detailed about the fact that they will not fully cut your dogs hair but they still want to charge full price for half the service. (Not even going to go on about how rude the woman was as I entered the store). So when I tell them I'm not willing to pay $100 to just bathe my dog, they charge my card (without my knowledge) $85. RecommendedI HIGHLY recommend (although I know all are great!) Marisa! She is fantastic with my puppy, Lilly. She spends the time to speak with me before about what type of cut we want, answers any questions ( and it seems I always have tons about my baby) I have, and always provides the best service when it comes to the actual groom.
