You will NOT be disappointed with your experience at Charlie’s. From the front desk to the bathers they are all fabulous. They actually listen to how customers want their dog groomed. Marisa is sooo caring and loving to my 13 year old goldendoodle, Rackley. My other goldendoodle, Peaches , leaps into her arms so is so happy to see her. Your dogs will look great and you will be very pleased. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I should have written a review years ago! We previously had 2 Bichon Frises. When our long time groomer moved away. I tried a few different groomers in town and was never happy for one reason or another. When I tried Charlie’s Place, I struck gold. My dogs were pretty old and they were so wonderful with them. I travel a lot and have been to several groomers throughout the USA. I rate Charlie’s Place at the top of my list. Best customer service. Awesome follow up that most groomers don’t do. And most importantly my Aussie girl was happy and as beautiful as she could be after her spa day. Highly recommend!
I am new to the area and a neighbor recommended Charlie’s Place. My Cavalier King Charles Spaniel’s coat is so soft after her bath and Laura groomed her perfectly to my request. I especially like the hand blow drying. Everyone is so nice and you can see they truly love what they do. Charlie’s Place is wonderful.
I've been taking my dog here for the last 2 years for their nails to be done, and once for a bath and blow dry. My dog has always been treated very well and was soft and fluffy after his bath. Their prices are fair, very nice and friendly staff. Love this place :) Recommend at every chance I get.
Our puppy Maggie had a wonderful experience! The “tumbleweed” was just what she needed, and her hair and coat have never looked prettier:) They told us what she needed for her hair to be the healthiest and explained things that no other groomer had even mentioned! She was so happy and calm after her appointment, which was such a relief as she gets anxious at the groomer normally! Thank you.
We were recommended to Marissa at Charlie’s Place by someone we trust and they sure didn’t let us down! These guys are amazing! Marissa and her team took great care of Fin and he is so handsome that we will be back real soon🤗
Everyone at Charlie's Place is very kind, they are super caring when it comes to how they handle and groom the animals. Since moving up here I've had a hard time finding a groomer, but I definitely know where I will be taking Valkyrie again!! Love this place, 10/10 recommend!!
Iris is a shy puppy but the groomers at Charlie did a great job in handling her. She came back nice and clean.
