I'm new to the area found him on the humana website and made appointment it was the best decision I made everyone was nice,professional and helpful. Dr.Ballatd made me feel comfortable about the decision to redo my knee replacement. I been in pain since I had the first one. Also I come to find out after my visit he did my 87 year old Aunt knee replacement and she is doing great. I was told he was one of the best in Chattanooga and that comforting to near coming from New York
I visited Dr. William Ballard on 8 12 24 at Center For Sports Medicine & Orthopaedics for a first visit due to worsening pain in my left knee. The office staff was friendly and efficient, and the wait time was minimal. Dr. Ballard was thorough, explained everything clearly, and answered all my questions. The nurses were also kind and professional. Overall, I was impressed with the care I received and would highly recommend Dr. Ballard to others.'
