Always friendly and efficient staff- they make getting an appointment easy and quickly. Dr Smalley is always very helpful in finding the best course of treatment and listening to your concerns.
Scheduling an appointment with Dr. Smalley was very easy. The wait time was short. Dr. Smalley was very friendly and, after the examination explained the problem and procedure necessary to correct. I have not made a decision for the surgery yet but, once I have made the decision I feel confident Dr. Smalley will do a superb job with the surgery. I have complete confidence in his ability.
So far I ve met with him once and and he was very thorough about my condition and the surgery he recommended. I think he was 30 minutes late for appt which is much better than other drs I’ve seen. he’s very nice and actually spent time answering questions, plus he’s awfully good looking.
I would highly recommend Dr. Smalley to anyone. He is a great Doctor, and he takes the time to explain everything to you. He has great bedside manners.
From contact when appointment was scheduled to leaving the office after being seen by Dr. Smalley, my experience was very satisfying! Friendly, professional, great bedside manner from each employee, and each procedure was accompanied with clear explanations and ample time was given for questions.
