My entire experience with Smail Acura was wonderful. And I have nothing but great things to say about Clint Robbins. He was very helpful and patient. My husband and I were greeted by Martin as soon as we walked into the dealership. He was very friendly and accomodating. He asked us what type of auto we were looking for and we said we were just starting to look. We were trading our 2010 BMW28i. Martin said the Acura TL would be comparable. Clint is a great salesman. He accommodated my busy schedule, conducting much of the sales process via email, so that all I had to do was sign papers and the vehicle was mine! He is knowledgeable, patient, and very easy to work with. I will definitely refer others to him.

Clint Robbins is an excellent sales consultant, and I highly recommend him if you are looking for a new car. He is professional, knowledgeable, courteous and quick to respond to any questions/concerns that I had in making my new car buying decision--and there were many of them. Martin did an overall solid job with us. Our only complaint (out of Martin's hands) was our trade in price of our brand new CRV with 450 miles on it. It was stolen and recovered with only a scratch on the bumper, and we lost $5,000 on the trade in.
