CJ Nuss was very professional, knowledgeable, honest and very outgoing. We felt no pressure whatsoever. Price was good, vehicle was just as advertised and overall quality of Smail was fantastic! Even though this dealership is located an hour and half from our home, we will drive it for the excellent service both from the sales staff (Joe Suto) and the service staff. Sales staff is passing, but service is ongoing and they have been terrific. This is the third TL that we have purchased from Smail automotive and I am hoping that we will be able to buy three more in the future.
The overall experience was great. Clint was very friendly to work with and was very knowledgeable about the product. I am new to the ACURA car line so he took the time to explain the features of the car to me so that I could make an informed decision.
