Not only Martin BUT the entire staff present on that Thursday were Exceptional. The process in purchasing my new car was a "pleasant" experience. The Staff from the Sales and Service Departments were friendly, honest, helpful, no pressure, a little comedy(OK, a lot), hospitable, respectful and NO gender bias!! Mike sold me a 2014 Ford Explorer XLT, not an Acura. Mike was very responsive to my needs and made sure I got the best deal possible. I have nothing but good to say about Mike and Smail Auto in general. I plan to do business with Mike and Smail Auto in the future.
I recently bought an Acura RDX at Smail Acura. I bought my previous vehicle there, too. As in the past i have always received excellent customer service from this dealership. Mike and the dealership was never pushed and never rushed me to make a purchase. It's how all car dealerships should be. Provide assistance and information, make you feel at home and allow you to make an important decision is what experience we received. This was my 2nd dealings with Smail and both were good. Best experience ever! Clint provides me all the information I needed to buy the cars on time and a good deal. I was actually looking to buy a Lexus IS 350 but they way he explain to me each detail of the specs of the car and the test drive was sufficient to change my mind. After an overzealous Goth of a girl, ignorant of the meaning of a red octagonal street sign, totalled my Honda Accord, I was in the market for a new vehicle. I wanted a car more tolerant of Pennsylvania's winters and teen drivers, so I investigated Smail Acura. My experience was exceptional from the moment I met Joe Suto. I can truly say that the reason I purchased my Acura TL is because of the way Joe went out of his way to help me. I appreciated his empathetic attention to my situation. Kudos to Suto!

As an individual that hates to car shop, I found this experience of shopping for a vehicle the most pleasant experience ever, and I have shopped for many cars in my life time.
