CJ Nuss was very professional, knowledgeable, honest and very outgoing. We felt no pressure whatsoever. Price was good, vehicle was just as advertised and overall quality of Smail was fantastic! Even though this dealership is located an hour and half from our home, we will drive it for the excellent service both from the sales staff (Joe Suto) and the service staff. Sales staff is passing, but service is ongoing and they have been terrific. This is the third TL that we have purchased from Smail automotive and I am hoping that we will be able to buy three more in the future.
The overall experience was great. Clint was very friendly to work with and was very knowledgeable about the product. I am new to the ACURA car line so he took the time to explain the features of the car to me so that I could make an informed decision. We'll let me just say "I love this dealership!" I drive from Robinson Twp just because they are so good. There are other Acura dealerships that are closer but they do not compare to the service and experience that you get when you walk into Smail Acura. This has been without a doubt, my best experience ever, buying a new car. I have to say that I opted to drive an hour away, instead of buying locally, because after talking to Clint I was convinced that I was going to love the service at Smail Acura. I was not disappointed. I bought my car, and signed all the paperwork on a Thursday evening, and because I didn't have a trade-in, and it would be difficult to get a ride back to the dealership on the weekend, the car was delivered to my doorstep on Saturday morning.
