Lies, deception no matter the words used, it's wrong! Traveled with check in hand from South Carolina to purchase a used Yukon Denali and left the same way I came. Great salesman I called in to find out if a car was still at the dealership and from hello I could tell he was a great and trust worthy salesman. When I arrived at the store mike greeted me with a firm hand shake and made my buying experience very pleasurable. easy to deal with I am in sales and purchasing for a living. I felt like the experience was quick and direct. That is how i prefer it. I hate haggling to a degree but I feel we were treated fairly monetarily. On the personnel side, everyone was pleasant and helpful, trying to help us get out as quick as possible. Horrible experience My husband and I have tried to to buy two cars from this dealership on two different occasions, only to be disappointed by the shady tactics, horrible customer service and downright offensiveness they employ. Please save yourself the time, hassle and high blood pressure and do not even consider looking at an Acura from this dealership.
