Auto Butler So Shinny I Can Barely Find Door to Get In Car! I take my 2012-13 Black Porsche Panamera Turbo S to Smail Acura for Auto Butler Paint Protection Treatment. Why do I do this? Because Auto Butler makes my car so shinny...that I can just barely find the driver's door to get in it if it is out in the sun! Very pleasant experince. After another dealer told me that the car I wanted is not available I called Smail Acura. Dealt with John Howard on the phone before showing up to pick up my car. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else I went in to get a key copied on 5/30/2015. Bruce at the parts counter said that he wasn't sure if it would fit in his machine, I showed him that it was only 4 screws to remove the key from the OEM flipkey FOB. He said " I don't have a screwdriver". I asked if he could get one and he said 'well it's going to be $29.95 for us to cut it'. It got the feeling he just did not feel like doing the work.
