Joe was very friendly and patient with us as we worked thru our purchase on a tight timeline as out of state buyers late on New Year's Eve. We are very pleased with our new Acura and feel like Joe helped us make a very well informed decision. (Seeing that we bought the same car he owns!)
We spoke with several sales people, shopping for a new vehicle. We had our best experience at Smail Acura with Clint Robbins. He explained the details of the technology package,and provided us with all the time we needed. Clint is a true professional.
I was berry happy with my salesman at Smail!! Very courteous and helpful!! He was efficient in getting my car remote installed and cleaned so I could pick up my car today!!
First, the Dealership was Excellent, Second, the Service Department was always Friendly and Professional, if you were in for service, they kept you updated on your vehicle's progress OR offered another option, if service time was lengthy, a ride to the Mall. Contacted by my husband on the phone, Joe Suto guaranteed us the trip to Smail would be worth our time. He was not exaggerating; we had the best buying experience we could have hoped for. Joe was friendly, professional, knows his product, and we felt no pressure; all of which we certainly appreciated. We will not hesitate to make the 45 minute drive in the future to deal with Joe again.
I dealt with Charles the first night and then came back the following night and dealt with Clint. Both were very professional and very accommodating. Clint was great to deal with, kept the typical back and forth to a minimum, something I had hoped would be less of a fiasco being that I was buying a luxury brand this time. My wife and I live over an hour away and did not get to the dealership until around 7, and we didn't finish up until after 10PM(They close at 9). Over the years, we have purchased numerous vehicles from various dealers, but we have never experienced such a positive and knowledgable salesman as we found in Smail's John Howard. John was not pushy or overbearing, but instead was encouraging and very well versed in all of the new technologies found on the Acura MDX. Not only Martin BUT the entire staff present on that Thursday were Exceptional. The process in purchasing my new car was a "pleasant" experience. The Staff from the Sales and Service Departments were friendly, honest, helpful, no pressure, a little comedy(OK, a lot), hospitable, respectful and NO gender bias!! Mike sold me a 2014 Ford Explorer XLT, not an Acura. Mike was very responsive to my needs and made sure I got the best deal possible. I have nothing but good to say about Mike and Smail Auto in general. I plan to do business with Mike and Smail Auto in the future.
