11/27/2019 My communications with Brent were very accurate about time my car would be picked up at my home that morning as well as returning my RDX to me and reviewing all that would be done as well as what had been done. Vic was super courteous! Alex was also very good at communications. Truly "White Glove" treatment both times I have had the car in for service at Smail. I love my RDX !

Jessica made purchasing a simple and pleasurable experience! My wife and I decided to purchase a new MDX and Jessica C. made it simple and helped us get exactly what we wanted. She and the rest of the staff were very helpful and even stayed late to accommodate our schedule. I can't say enough about how satisfied we are with our purchase. Unprofessional Management We bought our first Acura at Smail and it will be our last vehicle that we purchase from ANY of the Smail dealerships. We discovered scratches in our new vehicle and pimple in the paint. I asked what they could do about the price of the car with these defects and Mike Jurick snickered at the question. He was so unprofessional. In for inspection Their service is first class. Nobody has ever given me better service than this dealership. I bought me car new 9 yrs. ago and it still runs as the first day I drove it home. I get it inspected there every year and for many years, they have not had to work on my vehicle and were honest with me. The employees there are very friendly and helpful.

Smail Service and Sales have declined significantly Purchased my Acura 8 years ago. Great service and sales experience initially. However, in recent years. I haven't gotten very good service. Chased an intermittent electrical issue for over two years with no solution. Had to solve myself. Smail Acura seems to have dificulty diagnosing issues with their own cars.
