No notice on new oil prices. Delivery of oil was $3.04 per gal in May 2022. Received a bill from SLOMMIN'S for September 2022 @$5,29 per gal increase is $2.25 per gal.what is outrageous is no notice on oil prices from company.

What happened to the Slomins Shield August 8 2022 Slomins cancelled my service without notifying me verbally, by email, text or by letter. This cancellation exposed me to paying for repairs that I was covered under with a service repair contract that I had paid for. Slomins oil delivery company cancelled my account and oil burner service contract because I told them in July that I had a 3/4 tank of oil and didn't need any more. Made the mistake of signing up to get fixed price. I had one delivery and paid in full, but they say i'm behind on their "budget plan." Got no receipt for my payment. It is impossible to reach anyone the phone system loops you around and around, after you enter your customer number, it sends you back to the beginning - to enter your customer number

Slomins Oil is the worst company ever. I got a contract for my 95 year old dad last year from *********** for a good price on oil. The person I spoke on the phone never said that there was a maximum number of oil fills he could get with that price. I looked at contract and made sure the dates were right but who ever checks to see if theres a maximum # of oil to get. They said there is nothing they can do now. Are you serious?!!!! Their Representative deceived me into signing a 5 year contract for my business without stipulating that it was a contract, just month to month and I could cancel at any time, without charge. When I called today to cancel I found out I was in a contract and I would have to pay over $3000 to cancel. I then had it transferred to my home since I was stuck paying for a monitoring service because I couldn't afford to close it at once. Stay away from ******** Shield. The company has the worst customer service. I thought I was getting an upgrade to my service and ended up being suckered into a new contract. Since then, my service was downgraded and is currently not working. I have not been able to arm my alarm in weeks, yet they want me to continue to pay them or they will charge me a cancellation fee. They do not show up for appointments and they do not return your call. ******** customer service has gone downhill.

Contracted customer called 4 times in two weeks and they refuse to deliver oil because its before the scheduled date according to their system!! They would rather us run out and have to send a technician because we have a locked in rate lower than normal right now. **************** reps are rude and dont care. Company is run poorly and makes excuses for there behavior. Do not use. Once my contract is up we will be going elsewhere
