The worst customer service!.. I have home ********************** contract with them. My door **** camera stop functioning, and I call ******** to have it fixed. While talking to the customer service representative, I was told that the appointment would be free ( at no charge to me).The appointment was scheduled without the "time window". I had to wait the entire day ( had to take time off from work), and called multiple times to get time of the service technician arrival without any success. I have fully paid for the Home security alarm upgraded equipment and labor, so Somin's said I own it one hundred percent. I will NOT be renewing my contract when it is ending in few more months. Slomn's is not giving the Installer Code which is needed to change the central monitoring company.

I wish I could leave negative stars! I was with slomins oil and ************* for 17 years and in that time I guess it was ok, I bought oil and they delivered it. They were never great on service and cleaning burner to be honest but my real issue started yesterday. I recently had a new burner, oil tanks and hot water system installed. It was not done by slomins but another large oil provider, only reason I did not use slomins was because they did not carry the system I wanted. Very disappointed in Slomins. My parents had Slomins alarm system in there house for almost 40 years . My mom died last March my Dad sold the house and when we canceled Slomins they wanted $1300 cancellation fee . We did not pay then they got a collection agency after us . Horrible people horrible customer service.

I have been a long time customer of ******** Oil and also have a heater service contract with the company. Last Saturday I received an email that stated that "as per my request" we have canceled your contract. I absolutely did not cancel my contract. When I called **************** they were very rude and I asked to speak to a manager. Never received a call back.This week I received a **** for $503 to close out the contract without receiving the oil. I called and insisted that I speak with a manager. My husband and I purchased a security system from ******** Security and were robbed of jewelry, video games and other electronics. The icing on the cake was before we could *** them for damages, they sued us!

I have a gas boiler that I had serviced for years with an individual who can no longer service boilers. I call Slomins and they send over rep. ******** nice and talked me into their service guaranteeing me I will be happy. First off they took my money and gave me a 3 month window just to service boiler. I had to work and left an adult to let him in. The sight gauge on my boiler is supposed to be half way the most or the tank is overfilled. The service guy came im turned up heat at thermostat and left within 10 minutes. I kno... read more

PSA: WATCH OUT FOR SLOMINS SHEILD OIL SALES PEOPLE. I had someone cometo my home on September 18th to get me to sign up for Slomins oil. At the time I wasn't ready to purchase any oil contracts since I had literally moved into my home that day and had never dealt with oil before and I wanted time to do some research. Not to mention that the sellers of my home had filled up the tank right before we moved in providing me with a certificate of proof. Scam... Salesperson sold us the security plan and NEVER mentioned a 5 year contract. Only care about their commission. We mover after 3 years and they want to charge us $700 now to cancel .
