Be warned, this is a dangerous and thuggish company. They will force you to take oil, even if you don't want it, charge you for it, and then charge you 500 bucks extra on top of it if you do not pay...the oil will stay in your tank all year, cause damage to your tank and boiler, and ******** will charge you to fix it...

They really deserve a 0 rating. They had a commercial on the radio for an advertised price of **** a gallon. When I reviewed my contract it read ****!!! Too late to change it after the fact. I bought a service contract which stated they would do an annual PM, that never happened! They advertise theyre available 24 hrs a day, NOT true! I called for issues they caused by overfilling the tank. I thought my house was going to explode because it smelled so bad from the spill. Typical shysters Had me sign a contract when oil prices were high for 500 gallons I only used 50 and paid for that at time of delivery Sold house let them know to sell oil to new owner or new people Never took another delivery Now this unethical company has a civil lawsuit against me I have no intention of giving them money for product never received To make matters worse they most likely sold this reserve at a higher amount to another customer and are now trying to collect on me Typical grifters

My mother died several weeks ago and her house alarm went off, although it was not set. We could not turn it off, despite entering the correct code. The outside alarm was blaring, obviously disturbing the neighbors. I called ******** and although they confirmed she was a customer and had her address on file, they refused to provide help of any kind because i didn't have her code word. If you are thinking about using ******** for oil service, THINK AGAIN! I signed up for annual service last Oct and have regretted ever since. They have awful customer service who seem inept and are unable to help you with anything. Back in April, I asked them to put a hold on my oil since I don't need a full tank for the summer since I only use oil for heat. Horrible Company. They really changed, used to be good. They are not understanding in today's economy. Go to a small place, better service, hold ************** You cannot get in touch with a person at all!

Horrible! I made the severe mistake of wandering onto their website Sunday night. Apparently, their system collects all the info of the "lead" from their website, ncluding name, address, phone#. They set up an account, including an account#, without your permission. When you call, they say they will remove your# and put it on Do Not Call. And the very next day, you get another call. They are a pack of liars because they all tell you that won't get more calls. They told me I had an account# but refuse to give it to me. And al... read more

Beware of ******** purchase a set amount of oil at a specified price contract. That is what I did, contracting for 400 gallons at a rather high price while prices were rapidly rising due to the Ukranian war and other factors. It looked like a good decision, until it wasn't. Oil is now $1.60 to $1.80 cheaper on the spot market. OK, so I gambled and lost, I can accept that. but I was led to believe that any oil delivered above the 400 gallons would be charged at the current market rate. Continued delivering oil after I called to cancel contract. The woman I spoke with on the phone said she was not canceled my entire contract because I had a boiler service the following month. However, she was going to make sure I get no further oil delivery. They delivered oil anyway, I called to have them adjust the price at the very least and ******* said I never called and hadnt called since December which was a complete lie. Then ****, another supervisor refused to talk to me and refused to help. Steer clear!
