Horrible. Absolutely horrible. Long time customer and their service has tanked over the past 8 years. This is the worst. Their outside call support (read as india and *****) is brutal. Promised a contractual oil delivery 3-5 days, now going on two weeks. Such a shame, stay away and shop around.
I informed Slomins not to deliver after delivery of 60 gallons in March'24 since I had a full tank as we plan to demo the house at end of year. I had a full tank and knew that would be adequate. Claiming I was on auto delivery they erroneously delivered a full tank in AUGUST saying I was on auto delivery. They listened to conversation to say I never said this. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Slomins overspilled 70 plus gallons of fuel oil onto my paver patio and onto my property in September 2023. They have since been ******* me for payment of said fuel oil and threatening collections. Why would I pay for something that was never delivered but a destruction to my residence. The absolute worst!!Unfortunately, I have to give a one star rating which I would like to give a negative 100.
My parents had Slomins come to fix their air conditioner. They came on Tuesday 6/9/2024 to fix the problem it turned out being a faulty ground wire. On Thursday 6/11/2024 the air conditioner stopped working again. We called Slomins to come back to see what happen and they decide to charge again to come back and their earliest available date for return was 6/18/2024. This is a horrible company with bad customer service. I never received service but they submitted a complaint to court never properly send me notice and the address on record is an old address that I moved away over 10 years ago. Home owner please beware this company is bad, the service is not good and the equipment never worked in my home, customer service is horrible. They dont deserve any ??
they need to make zero starts an option ******** installed an inadequate alarm system in our home, one that was clearly not designed for the size of the property. Despite numerous service calls and reassurances, the system remains unreliable and ineffective. I'm now trapped in a five-year contract with a company that appears to prioritize profits over customer satisfaction. Slomins customer service is awful and their staff is incompetent. They installed wireless system in my house without removing the old one. In turn they hooked it up and it is a fire safety hazard. The contact directly hits against the old system. They were supp to come repair it last week and changed the time to when I was at work. Slomins has very predatory policies. I acknowledge that this is my fault because I am forgetful and sometimes forget to pay my bills on time. This has never been an issue with any other oil delivery company before, and if I forget I just pay both bills in full the next time I get a bill. On such an occasion I had forgotten to pay slomins but didn't think anything of it until I ran out of oil in February. We took a contract with them and to service my boiler. I gave them $250.00 for a service contract and took my money with out serving my boiler..
