Tech left our hot water tank off after he serviced it customer service left us with no hot water for over 10 hours. He still hasnt returned, we have a contract and been loyal customer for 25 years. Just need someone to turn it back on. I had to cancel an urgent doctor appointment while waiting.Horrible

Probably the worst company to use for any of your Heating And Cooling needs. All of the employees that work there are disgruntled. When they come to my house, all they do is talk about how bad things are there. I had an issue one day they came to my house to deliver fuel after they already deliver fuel about nine days prior, and they overfilled my tank and made a mess of my basement. I have been trying to cancel service and deliveries since last year in 2023, but since Im in a contract, they have to charge me $600 to cancel ... read more

my review is for the company as a whole. I switch to ******** during the summer of 2024. Now that is November I called to get oil deliver. My first conversation with a representative was "no need to call us, we have you schedule for the first week of November" I call again on the 19 of November and spoke to another person saying nothing was schedule and now they are putting me on schedule for the week of the 18 of November . today is Saturday November ************************************** there is nothing around my neighbor... read more

They are disgusting. This company is a disgrace in my opinion and the reason never to trust anyone.When ordering I spoke to some guy who said his name is ***, and he gave me his phone number and extensionor so he said, that number and extension were the regular number where you cannot speak to anyone in the ************************** is dishonest and you should be very careful when signing anything to read it carefully because what it says is not what the salesperson says it is .I asked why o had to sign and he said to get t... read more

For a whole week I have no service system states error network, called and rep notified me it was on their end. It makes no sense to pay for a service you're not getting. Hope no breaks into my home before you're error network problem is fixed. Can't wait to cancel this contract there is always a problem.

I have a contract with them to service my furnace and scheduled oil deliveries. It is impossible to get someone here to clean my furnace. I think they only one person who does it. I just got an oil delivery and it was over $1.00 more per gallon then the market price. Isn't that consider price gouging ? Off to find another company.

I have never filed a business complaint against any company. I can't express how poor their customer service is and they blatantly lie about the oil delivery service date FOUR times! I asked for a supervisor three times and was told someone would get back to me. That has NOT happened. I still don't have oil and if it wasn't for the unusual hot weather I would be on empty. I will never use them again and I have no idea how these companies can get away with so much poor business practices. I had no idea until I decided to come... read more

I was billed for a part even though I have a service plan. The part is covered under the plan. They billed 272 dollars. I found the exact same part on line for 17 - 27 dollars. Seriously. Im fighting the bill now and definitely canceling my services as soon as my contract is over.
