I really appreciate Valissa Adams quick response to my email to sleepcentral about adding an item to my order which is scheduled to be shipped later this month! So very convenient to communicate electronically.
After being on hold for a bit to try to provide additional information for a recent order, I opted to try online chat. Am I glad I did! Valissa (Lissa) was fantastic, was able to answer my questions and complete my order within minutes. I will certainly use this option again if I have any questions for Sleep Central. Terrific customer service.

I worked with Tonya R yesterday. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the highest, I would have to give her at least a 25. Ordering CPAP supplies from Sleep Central is new to me. My problems were widespread and inter-departmental. Tonya R organized my questions and calmly and patiently worked through all my issues. Worked with Ashley Nadvornik today and she worked me through the questions I had and gave me options for other mask options as well as forwarded me to the correct department to be able to buy my CPAP unit outright as opposed to renting. Kudo's to Ashley and thank you for all your help!
