Jessie H helped me figure out what I needed with utmost kindness. She was patient with me and I greatly appreciate it. I have a hard time thinking sometimes and she made me feel like I was important.
Worst company ever! I would ALSO give zero stars if I could. My poor mother bought a CPAP machine and the agency just gave it to her without any instruction. Tried uploading the data multiple times..didn’t work. Tried calling the customer service line they claimed that the local Rotech must have given a card that was still full of data..called locally and they told us that we must be inserting it wrong. Well how are you supposed to know if you are inserting it wrong if no one shows you how to do it in the first place because... read more
Kelly R was tremendously helpful with the info I needed to adequately use my CPAP machine and all the supplies that come with it. She was extremely patient with my many questions and gave me all the info for cleaning and replacement. I do think the Cleaning/and Replacement Guide she sent to me would have been a good addition upon receiving the machine and ORIGINAL instructions. Thank you Kelly R for a job VERY WELL DONE!
