I worked with Tonya R yesterday. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the highest, I would have to give her at least a 25. Ordering CPAP supplies from Sleep Central is new to me. My problems were widespread and inter-departmental. Tonya R organized my questions and calmly and patiently worked through all my issues.
