After wasted hours of inefficient and unprofessional contacts with Sleep Central, I initiated a chat. Valissa Adams has been the only employee in a long list of incompetency who has provided me with professional, correct, efficient, and outstanding service. Even going so far as to literally run to the door to stop a supply order from being sent. Jessica saved the day on Chat. Otherwise your website needs work. No catalogue to order from. You keep promoting this VIP regular replacement when it is easy to keep clean without wasting money on replacements. We seem to want to avoid the sticky issue of price on the packing slip.
