Had a long confused ( on my part ) conversation with Tonya, a wonderful customer representative ( be proud of her ). She really took her time and answered all questions and reviewed them with me so I could understand what was going to happen and when. Look forward to doing business with your company.

Worst company ever! I would ALSO give zero stars if I could. My poor mother bought a CPAP machine and the agency just gave it to her without any instruction. Tried uploading the data multiple times..didn’t work. Tried calling the customer service line they claimed that the local Rotech must have given a card that was still full of data..called locally and they told us that we must be inserting it wrong.
