I have had several issues in dealing with Sleep Central in the area of ordering supplies. When I called today, I was so lucky to get Patience on the phone. She was confident, clear, and knowledgeable about how to get all the things done that I was wanted. She was quick and things got done! I had no issues with Sleep Central with Patience on the other end of the phone! I would hope that you would award Patience with whatever honor or compensation possible for for her exemplary service.
I ordered my three month supplies today and then had to call back to change my order and to see if I could get them more quickly. I also wanted to order extra face masks and pay personally. I was so lucky to get Patience on the phone. She was confident, clear, and knew all the procedures, costs, and best methods to get done what I wanted to do. She absolutely lived up to her name!
