Lexi is the lady that I chatted with online. I first requested a unit that is no longer available. She was very helpful in finding an alternative style mask. To Lexi's Manager: She deserves a big pay raise, at least 30%.
Lexi was very helpful. Answered all my questions and the order for replacement supplies was ordered in minutes. There was a 9 minute wait on the phone and decided to give this a try and it was really worth it
Chelsie, My contact person at sleep central provided me the best customer service I have ever received. She said she would call me back and did. Chelsie said that she would even come early to work to solve my issues to ease my concerns. As of Friday, July 29, 2022, she is still trying get a firm commitment that I will receive the supplies I need. Kudos Sid B.
It had been a while since my husband and I received our replacement supplies. After numerous times calling Rotech and leaving my phone number and receiving no call backs (or my phone thought is was a spam call), I decided to contact someone on chat. A mistake was made regarding the shipment of a recent supply order, Rotech was not responsive, but their order-processing company, Sleep Central at sleepcentral.com, was fabulous. I used the chat feature and within just a few minutes -- which is lightning speed for chat! -- the rep, Shayna, saw the problem, apologized, and initiated a new shipment.
