Your customer service people are great especially Chrisle Wodarski. She was a great help and followed up diligently to try and get my order processed. After 1month, I hope we have completed a process; this has been a nightmare. Probably at least six calls to your customer service line where I did receive good service. This positive comment is for Brittany G. I have contacted her today to receive a help regarding obtaining a missing item (Air Tubing Connector Item #37394) from my last order. This is the third time I have contacted Rotech on this issue which is frustrating to say the least. She seemed very courteous and responded well to my concerns and promised me she will follow through on my concern right away! I am very hopeful!

I have had several issues in dealing with Sleep Central in the area of ordering supplies. When I called today, I was so lucky to get Patience on the phone. She was confident, clear, and knowledgeable about how to get all the things done that I was wanted. She was quick and things got done!
