My experience since November 2021 with this company has been a long list of incompetent employees. As I wrote in review a few minutes ago, only one employee has provided me with 5 star service. I requested not to send automatic supplies but to put me on the email notification list; never done. I changed from a full mask to nasal pillows on 2/18/22 and my records were never changed; thus on phone chats employees insisted I was not eligible for re-supplies.
