Contact Rotech online this date 3/1/22 and had conversation with Jessie H regarding the wrong replacement tubing for my AirSense 111, i.e. regular tubing sent instead of heated tubing. Confusion arose when Humana canceled automatic order shipping and I was not aware I needed to place my own order and wrong component was sent to me. At first the transfer of my records from a previous supplier was stalled and could not be found. Later it was resolved due to the fax number was not for my local office in Ft. Worth. Christen helped me over email. The response was quick. The wrong supplies had been delivered. From the sound of the email, I just have to send this back for a reimbursement and the correct supplies will be sent to me. Let’s hope so! My experience with other suppliers has been terrible!
