Contact Rotech online this date 3/1/22 and had conversation with Jessie H regarding the wrong replacement tubing for my AirSense 111, i.e. regular tubing sent instead of heated tubing. Confusion arose when Humana canceled automatic order shipping and I was not aware I needed to place my own order and wrong component was sent to me. At first the transfer of my records from a previous supplier was stalled and could not be found. Later it was resolved due to the fax number was not for my local office in Ft. Worth.
