I spoke with Alexis and Jessica, over ROTECH's chat service. Both of them were very helpful and solved my problem. They were both friendly, prompt, and timely in their responses. I even received a belated birthday greeting from Jessica. Can't beat that. I've been with ROTECH/Sleep Central for at least 4 years. I highly recommend them as a CPAP supply source.

Jessie H. was the person I chatted with and she was very helpful and courteous. She provided sound suggestions for determining issues I had with a mask as well as info on how often I could replenish supplies with my insurance carrier, etc. I was very satisfied with our chat and came away having much more pertinent info than what I started with and I've had my CPAP/BiPAP for over a year.
