Sleep Central is not an easy company to work with. If a mistake is made by you or them, the charges they charge you for returning the product cost you more than the product. I never had to exchange anything until now. I had an order for supplies for my Dream Station 1 in September 2021. Shortly before I received the order, Medicare informed me of a recall on my Dream Station 1. I never opened the supplies thinking they would fit the replacement machine. Just want to thank Sleep Central for having on your Staff Jessie H. during my on line chat trying to resolve an issue. Was professional and courteous to the nth degree. I'm hoping you have a team of Jessie H's on hand.
Been on the phone 45 min and they must have one person to answer the phone. There phone system is way outdated. Nothing connects to each area. Each time you have to hang up and speak to someone else. Total waste of my time.
I spoke with Alexis and Jessica, over ROTECH's chat service. Both of them were very helpful and solved my problem. They were both friendly, prompt, and timely in their responses. I even received a belated birthday greeting from Jessica. Can't beat that. I've been with ROTECH/Sleep Central for at least 4 years. I highly recommend them as a CPAP supply source.
