I just got off the phone with Elizabeth Montanez in the Orlando office. She is wonderful. I was having some issues with my new OxyGo Next (operator issues not machine) I was able to e-mail Elizabeth, and briefly described my problem. I asked her to call me. She called me back within a half hour. Unexpectedly quick service and she didn't laugh when the operator error was discerned. Great job Elizabeth

I had to order my CPAP supplies and had the wonderful pleasure of speaking to Tamara. She was kind, caring and patience. She assisted me with ordering my supplies and then transferred me to the next person I needed to speak to. She didn't make me wait on hold she connected me to a person who already knew my name and what I needed! Great customer service!! I would say I was given Superior Customer Service today!!!!!! Kudos to Tamara!!!!!!
