I just got off the phone with Elizabeth Montanez in the Orlando office. She is wonderful. I was having some issues with my new OxyGo Next (operator issues not machine) I was able to e-mail Elizabeth, and briefly described my problem. I asked her to call me. She called me back within a half hour. Unexpectedly quick service and she didn't laugh when the operator error was discerned. Great job Elizabeth
