1ST Experience. Annabelle called several times to ensure we were on the same page. Arrived as scheduled, did excellant job of cleaning, but I cannot find several items as they have been misplaced. This company will do on-going cleaning on my apartment.

Annabelle followed up and was very helpful in planning the cleaning. My daughter moved into a rental house that probably hadn't been throroughly cleaned in awhile. We live in Chicago so it was more difficult to find and hire someone long distance. She did everything she could to make the experience run smoothly. My daughter tells me everything looks wonderful. I would use this service again.

Very pleased with the performance of this company and it's employees. Annabelle Vigil, the owner, was very helpful and accommodating during the initial walk through and offered excellent suggestions as to how to fill my cleaning needs and save money in the process. Gaby, the lady that came to clean, was on time, well equipt to do the work and proved to be very professional, personable and proficient. Lily came into our home and spent five hours cleaning from top to bottom. I couldn't believe how the house sparkled! I normally wouldn't hire someone to come into my home to clean, because I pride myself in keeping a tidy house--but now I want to use Simplified Living's services all the time!! Anabelle was wonderful to work with, she is a very kind person. We had one cleaning done by her company and had some minor issues. She called me several weeks later to offer a free cleaning as she was aware of some health issues I have and to make up for the minor issues we had before. Her staff does a great job and are very friendly. Overall and despite the minor issues I would recommend her company as they do a very good job. Thank you Anabelle

Annabelle is very professional, yet personable. She listens to your requests and makes great suggestions that are not obligatory. The girls did a thorough cleaning and accomplished all the requests I had made in the 4 hours we agreed upon. They had trouble finding my house which caused a delay in the process, but hopefully next time they will be able to begin on the agreed upon time. I do highly recommend Simplified Living!!
