I requested a quote at 1 am, received a call the next morning from Annabelle and it is now 2:30 pm and my apartment is spick and span. thanks simplified home services

Anabelle is terrific to talk with on the phone. When they initially came out and in a follow up cleaning there were a few issues that Anabelle quickly and without additional cost resolved. I have found her to be honest and hard working. Thank you Anabelle for helping us get our house ready to put on the market!
The girl that was sent to clean worked hard however, she did not bring a vacuum for the floors that needed washing (used broom instead) and did not bring a mop for the floors. After she was complete the floors were still not clean and pet hair remained. The kitchen really needed a scrub brush to remove the dirt. The vacuum would have helped to pick up all of the pet hair and to get in-between the appliances, etc. This was an empty house so there was no furniture in her way and cabinets were completely empty. I love coming home to a clean house after Avian has done her"magic". Thank you!
Not satisfied at all!!! The job was mediocore at best, they seem to hurry through to get it done quick but they lack quality work. I do not recommend!
