Annabelle's team of three was fantastic! The team arrived promptly on time. They worked for a solid four hours with no stopping. Annabelle has a great eye for details. Although she ran longer than the initial time we thought she would need, I can't say that had anything to do with their efficiency. My house, which is multi-level, just needed more time. The cleaner was fantastic - she showed up on time and cleaned until the house was spotless. She was very thorough, even cleaned my toothbrush holder.
She did a fantastic job cleaning, I couldn't Be happier with the job done. However, their pricing was unclear And I wish I had known an hourly rate ahead of time rather than an estimate and then it being much higher in the end.
I called them and left a message, the owner called back right away! I spoke to her Wednesday evening and her employee was at my home at 8:30am the following morning. She did a great job! Thanks
The quotes went from "No more than $350 to get the job done" when she walked through my house, "approximately $350" when she text me on her way home, "will charge extra by the end of the day if I want to clean the outside wall" next morning, "my girls will be working from 8 to noon" the night before cleaning, "got to tip my girls alot" before cleaning start to "need to charge $400 for girls to stay till 12:30".
