We just moved into a house and hired Anabelle and her team to help us unpack and put things away. They did a great job carefully unpacking everything and after we were unpacked went the extra mile to clean the counters, floors, etc. They worked hard and did a great job, well worth the money!
I Have worked with Simplified Living Home for 3 years. Annebelle is very detail oreinted and specific to what is needed. Her people are very sensitive to your lifestyle. I had an ill dog for a year and Simplified Living helped me keep up the house during his care, which was very endurung. They have helped me through moving out of a house, prepping it and moving into a house. They have helped me with in home allergens and last moment party clean ups. The quality of the work was good. I hired 2 ladies who helped clean 1000 sf of my 1500 sf home. It took 2 people four hours to clean 2/3 of my home. It was quite dirty, but I was surprised that 8 hours ($200) did not get my entire home clean. They did not get to the upstairs at all. They appeared to be working diligently, though. Eviann, Briselda, & Susana did an awesome job for me. Not a speck was left to be cleaned when they finished, They were fast, efficient, and very pleasant. I HIGHLY recommend Simplified Living Home Services, and will certainly call them again.
Simplified Living was thoughtful and curteous on the phone and had fabulous follow up! They showed up on time and used Green products at no extra charge! I would reccommend them to anyone!
She was VERY thorough - the house looks great! I visited a day after her visit and the place just looked very clean.

Used these maids for a while (meaning a couple of months) just to see if they would get bette r. It did not get better - actually it got worse to the point that the maids would not show up & let me know. There were other problems I had with the owner and communication problems. I have used maids for years and never had to provide cleaning supplies. When we met, she said that they would provide everything. Nope, that was not true. Horrible. I was quoted a fee. I was never informed that the fee only covered a set number of hours. None of the women spoke english. We had to communicate using the pointing system. None of them knew how to wash walls. They only removed spots after having the spots pointed out. Some of the cleaners would say that their assigned tasks were complete and they had done nothing. I was still charged for their time. I had to hire someone else to do all the things these people missed. I would NEVER recommend them,

We Stand behind out "Motto" We are a company with a history based on hard work and good ethics. -Our proof are the good ratings from many Service Magic Customers. If Mrs. Robbin was not satisfied why call in her payment many days later. Further more, why wait 9 months to vent out her frustrations. Our management team was on the job site(who are fluent in English) and completed the job to Mrs. E's satisfaction with out any complaint.
