The lady who runs the company, Annabelle seemed confused when I spoke to her on the phone about the time and day to clean. She did not elaborate on what would be cleaned or really how long it would take. If I had not had a guest coming, I probably would have cancelled after our second phone call. Simpified Living was able to do the job on short notice and did a great job. Special attention was paid to the stove and it was sparkling when they were done. Will hire them again!
Showed up right on time. Did a wonderful job with the cleaning of my house. Definitely helped out with my sinus infection. Very nice and pleasant staff. The cost to clean was great I couldn't believe it especially for a graduate student who is on a very tight budget. Can't wait to use them again! Thank you!!
Called me within seconds from the time I pressed the submit button on Service Magic website! I had a need for someone to come to the house right away and clean due to an extreme allergic reaction I was having and thought it was due to the pollen from my outdoor plants (that I brought in for 2 days due to the snow/cold). Annabelle was professional, prompt and cooperative. The person, Irene, that she recommended for my home was well-trained and hardworking. I have never used a service before because I personally wanted to find just the right person and have a one-on-one relationship, but I believe this arrangement with Irene will work out very well.
They were good.
Friendly and on time. House was clean. Met our expectations.
They were great to work with. My tenant had not removed all their items and the house was a disaster. They brought in another employee and they worked non-stop for 8 hours. The employees were understanding to the situation and very respectful based on the house conditions. They WORKED VERY HARD & did a great job cleaning the house. I would strongly urge Simplified Living Home services to anyone who needs house cleaning.
