Annabelle is great to work with and always follows up to make sure everything is done well.
After they came back three times I still spent over 10 hours cleaning. I have pictures of what they consider "clean" It was absolutely horrible

I was very pleased with Anabelle and her crew. Anabelle and her daughter came Wednesday and cleaned all the high places in my home. That took about 2 hours. Meanwhile Irene was cleaning other areas and came back on Thursday to finish. Altogehter they worked 17 hours. The ladies are all very nice and friendly. I recommended them to a friend and Irene was going there this past Monday.
1. I received an original quote of $185. While making specific arrangments to have our hot tub picked up/removed/hauled away etc., I received a quote for $195 - $10 higher than originally quoted. 2. We scheduled the appointment for 9am on a Saturday. I specifically stated that my three children nap from 12pm to 2:30 pm so I did not want them to arrive during this time period.
